This project consisted of an existing home which had been fully demolished back to the original framing. A modern extension was added along with a full renovation of the existing house.

The size of the single storey home is 187m2 which consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one living room.

To complete these works, the construction programme took seven months from demolition to landscaping.
